Hello Donna and anyone else who would like to comment. My daughter showed me this survey and we filled it in together, She is 15 and has been trained and been made confident about herself by strict controlls over her clothing.

I have also used clothing to punish for allsorts of wrong doings-eg very short punishment skirts and punishment panties-these are very tight,nylon with no gussett or tight plasticor latex depending on the cercumstances. The nylon ones and the plastic pairs are completely see through, these are particularly good when instilling bladder and bowel controls as I dont think its very becoming to have to keep dissapearing to the toilet especially when entertaining men so training to void at certain times is compulsory for my 3 girls - humilliation and spanking on the vagina being used for non compliance with these requirments.

I would appriciate advice on how to continue the training when abroad on holiday this year- it is to be only micro bikinis worn for most of the time,what is the most suitable as the 2 girls this will affect have very full and fleshy outer lips with virtually no inner labia and they will wear very tight bikini so they have to learn to sit and walk so as the vagina is not easilly visible. Also Is tight bikini suitable to wear after punishment where vagina is spanked? At home tight latex panties are worn to prolong the discomfort by making the area hot.

Because of our tropical climate, our whole family lives nude except for trips to town. Me and my 13 & 17 yo dautrs then only wear bikini or tube tops and short short, cutoffs, or little miniskirts that barely cover our butts and p*s - and no undies...with flipflops or more commonly barefoot...my girls and my son (15)keep a healthy allover tan being nude (as do me and my husband)...our friends are of the same mindset. They and their kids dont hesitate to strip nude when they visit us - we do the same visiting them...
