Holidays are approaching and that means more travel for families, which would include kids under the age of 11 years. With the wave of violence around every one of us, we might expect tougher security at airports and for airline passengers. And kids are careless in what they are carrying on person. That means more pat downs and even strip searches. At times pat downs are conducted, when parents want to avoid other forms of security out of health concerns (security gates or body scan). Some parents have informed me that their children were subjected to skin-to-skin pat downs at airports, in which the searcher did not wear gloves and reached under the clothes to thoroughly search skin with bare hands.
