Absolutly if a boy, regardless of age were to rape a female, he should be humiliated in front of females as they torture him. Do you think these are some good ideas: electric shock, shredding, hot iron, etc.?

Shredding! Wow, that sounds painful, and interesting. :-) How would you do that?
Which do you think should be the primary focus of the torture, the nuts, or the wiener?

I say that the mother (in this case would decide which) However, I still think it is best to leave the nuts intact but the $%!@ removed.

Yeah I think it should be up to the mother as well. But I agree with you that the wiener should be removed as that is essentially the weapon they use.

Most males (especially teenage ones) are intimidated by women having the power to castrate their sons up to the age of 18. However, a mother could make smater decisions than her son. Even if he didn't commit a crime, the mother should be able to have his weiner removed. If she wanted to really punish him, she could have the operation performed the day before he turns 18, this would be extremely frustrating for him.
