In Germany gropping, exposure, and even failure to pay child support are considered sexual offenses.(not maintaining your sexual responsibility) The first offenses draw a strapping (similar to a caning or birtching) and a jail sentence. I believe these should also be sexual offenses in the U.S. My former husband is over $32,000 behind in child support. I believe castration would be an appropriate punishment for him and others. I know there would be a mad rush for dead beat dads to get caught up in their payemnts is the old base ball bat was under threat of removal.

Why not advocate for the cane, strap, birch, or lash?
Why is there not more consideration and discussion of these traditional, time-honored methods?

when i was in high school, there was a boy who always stared up my skirt to see my panties. I think that is enough to contitute as a sex crime and should be punishable by castration. what do you think Tammy?

Well maybe not castration. But the perv certainly deserved to have his wiener given a good whipping. He should then be told that if he is ever caught again, he would have his wiener cut off!
