"Blue" Laws and "Moral" Laws

A Blue law is a law that prohibits a person from doing something on a day of religious celebration, for example banning liquor sales on Sundays. A Moral law is a law based on commonly held beliefs of the majority religion, such banning same-sex marriages. Your opinion please!
