I think only boys should be executed, and like dragon320 said, it should be done by stripping him, tying him to a stake in a public setting, and then temoving his worm. He should be made to be erect snd then the boy's mother or female guardian may choose how his worm is to be removed. The boy would then be left to slowly die in agony.

It should be done to all males. Aggressive or not.

Women and girls should be free to do whatever they want to any male, regardless of age. Old men down to little boys are fair game. If a woman/girl does not want to seriously hurt a boy because she cares for him, that is her right as a female. It is also a female's right to cause as much pain to a boy as she wants, and that absolutely includes removing his filthy worm and nuts through any means she chooses. If she wants to cut off it's wiener, or burn it off, or have it eaten off by a cat or rat ... so long as it pleases her, that is all that matters.

Love them or hate them, males exist solely to give us pleasure however we choose. They are completely disposable.

I think your approach is good, though I think after men and older boys have been done, all boys should be done at the age of 12. Though mothers can choose to do it any age they want.
