Bow ties are nice, but you must know how wear them - very tight. My punishment is spanking with my belt (20-50 times) and then kneeling in the corner with hands on my head. You definetly should wear more formal to church, church should be like theater. I currently don't have bathroom restrictions, but when I'm bad, they can start as another form of punishment in addition to spanking and kneeling. Foot caning is a good punishment.

Your punishments are great, I think. You should be also punished for disagreeing with punishment.
I suggest you starching your tie, because you can't loosen it then. I'm also punished for every violation of my dress code (I'm spanked with my belt and then I must stay on my knees in corner for 2 hours).
Do you have to keep proper posture?
