1. The school categories you specify only apply in the US. I had just finished my first year of a bachelor's degree.

In particular, it's not appropriate for working environments, as it is physically a bit awkward I guess, especially if a woman has large breasts. But on the beach or at swimming pools etc, it's just fine.

Well, there are also problems with not letting women go topless in the workplace, at least long enough to breast-feed. That means that women can't look after babies at work, which makes it much more difficult to be a working mother than a working father, which is one of the main reasons why women still aren't earning as much as men, despite over a hundred years of feminism. So you see, this isn't as trivial an issue as it might at first seem.
