i don't know if i agree, but my parents certainly do. My sister is 2 years younger than me and she was basically my babysitter and disciplinarian from when i was 14 to about 18.

I'm bigger and stronger than my little sister but she's still dominant. in general girls don't have to physically overpower boys, as long as they know where our balls are. My parents leave my sister in charge when they go out so i've gotten used to listening to her.

my mom spanked me up until i was 14, then she let my 12 year old sister take over. The first time my sister spanked me was because i told her one of her best friends was a $%!@. I had to get totally naked for the spanking and i was surprised how hard my sister could hit. She used a plastic hairbrush with the Hanna Montanna logo on it.
Between the searing pain and my sister commenting on how small my $%!@ was, it was about the worst spanking i ever got.

I was babysat by a girl who was definitely not afraid to punish. She didn't spank me but she sentenced me to spend whole nights naked, which was very embarrassing because she was only a few months older than me and my sister was allowed to watch
