While Logged Out Most of Radio Buttons Don't Work

Site is now totally broken for those not logged in. In the directory 1/2 the page cannot be selected, nor can 1/2 the polls when actually in the chosen section. Even then when you're able to enter a poll most of the selection/ radio buttons are broken.
