I peed my diaper almost through the whole pole, and the sit ups made me poop thanks. Good thing for the diaper.

I just took the poll I haven't peed since Saturday I drank 2 liters of water since then and I'm gonna pee in a second...I have a towel in my jeans to absorb the spurts but I can't hold on much longer!!!
