When I was in the third grade in Memphis, there was a girl in my class who wore a minidress to school with only sheer-to-the-waist pantyhose (no panties!) underneath. I got to see her butt when she went up on the slide at recess.

what's wrong with wanting to get attention? my mom and dad had a horrible time getting me to wear panties - i kept taking them off, even in school

At her age (at the time), I would have had to blame her parents. After all, they approved her very short micro-mini-dress, and undoubtedly saw her walk out of the house wearing it many times over the course of that school year. Because as I said elsewhere, Wendy wore that VERY short dress to school SEVERAL times that school year.
