Kids barefoot in public

well 1st September officially marks the first day of spring and according to the school rules my kids can now attend barefoot much to there joy. They will be barefoot everywhere now school, parks shopping, malls with bare feet and they won't be wearing shoes again until the autumn/winter season

This is how childhood should be, sir. Always barefoot. In fact if possible, a child should not know what footwear is, she should go barefoot all year if she can.
