abuse of power

I'm new to the cloning game, yet I have yet to hear an argument against that doesn't resemble the abuse of any power. Whether that be for good or for evil. I want to know what makes cloning good and what makes cloning bad, without editorialising. I want fact, to make up my own mind. So what do you have to sell!
