Are Biracial people White?

President Obama would be a perfect example of a bi-racial person who is culturally "white", yet I think there are few if any people who don't think of him as being black.
I doubt that in some future time when a 100% black person is elected that he will lose his distinction as the first black president.

President Obama looks perfectly intermediate to pure Whites and pure Blacks. Most Biracials are 10-15% Whiter than he is, and it is visible in their features.
Obama's heritage is perhaps 75% White, but most Biracials are 85% White in heritage.
Zogby international polling found that 53% of Whites consider Obama to be Biracial as opposed to Black.
