Which day is the Sabbath day?

The Sabbath is more about rest than what day we should worship (actually we should worship everyday of our lives. You don't have to be in a special building to worship. That's not to say that we shouldn't worship together ÃÂ we should). And the Day of Rest doesn't mean to do nothing; we just don't do our normal jobs. It doesn't matter what day that is. Ministers/pastors/priests can't rest on sunday. They have to take another day for their sabbath.

It is meant for everybody. the sabbath was made so that people could forget about their stress and forget about their troubles and spend time with their maker. think of how much money could be saved in healthcare if everybody had one day to forget all thier problems and spend time with Jesus
