For the naked in front of friends, have a birthday party and get given the bumps naked. Alternatively, whenever you go from your bedroom to the bathroom for a shower for the rest of the year, you have to go there and back naked, no towel allowed.

For the naked in front of strangers, go swimming in the sea in a sting bikini and 'lose' it in the waves, so you have to walk back to your towel naked.

For the strip routine, yes the student strip show idea is good. Why not do it as balongdansen, like in Sweden (but without their rule that girls have to stop at their knickers)? Of course, you'd have to get your flatmates take part too.
