How old is nudity acceptable?

While reading responses to polls and private email communications, I noticed that quite a few number of parents not only my family practice strip to waist policy for their kids in pleasant weather (for the purpose of this poll, kid means a pre-pubertal boy, girl or transgender child under the age of 11).
