What is the meaning of life?

(My belief) The reason why I, and why everyone as an individual exists, is to work towards Tikkun Olam or "repairing the World." In other words, to create world peace. I believe that G~d created humanity in the first place so that we could live a good life and eventually move on to a good afterlife with G~d. I was taught: G~d had so much good and he wanted to share it, so he created life. But we must work for it because otherwise we wouldn't appreciate it if it just got handed over to us. And while we are here we must work toward tikkun olam. That is my belief. Shalom. ~Shoshannah~
