I just voted for asylum/mental patient picturing you wearing a traditional canvas straitjacket with crotch strap and a loop in front to pass your arms through, slippers, dental gag with full head harness to keep you from biting, handkerchief tied into a knotted cloth cleave gag to keep you quiet, hobbles on your ankles and a diaper underneath. I am your doctor and clip a leash to the ring on the front of your collar so you can't wander off.
