In the 1960s all the girls wore hose. If you don't, it will not be authentic.

As a rule of thumb, yes it is true. Pantyhose were the new invention, fresh, young and so much easier than the stockings and garters girls' mothers wore. Women didn't wear pantyhose 100% of the time? But they would typically wear them in the 60s.

Pantyhose is popular in Euro girls and in asia. I like wearing them as it hides blems, gives me uniform color and gives me the illusion that I am covered so I wear my hems even shorter
