Girl 12 yo, Eastern Europe, intimate inspections after allegations of sexual activities

I am female. It happened in Eastern Europe. 1980-1989, 12 years old. There were rumors at school that I had been sexually active with a teen boy. It wasn't true but the school contacted my mom and she insisted that I be examined by a female specialist doctor.

I was told by my mom that my reproductive system would be examined. The school had a contract medical doctor who came in weekly for special examinations. My parents drove me to the exam that happened at a special medical room in the school apart from the nurse office. All children that authorities suspected had been subjected to sexual abuse had such exams.

PREPARATIONS AND ANESTHESIA

Prior to the exam my mom bathed me and had me clothed in a skirt and blouse. She took me to exam at our school and stayed with me through the exam. She was mostly worried that I'd been injured during the sexual act (which didn't occur).

I was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. I was given a gown but was naked under the gown in the time I stayed awake. The staff took my clothes of some time before the anesthesia had made its effect.

I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up, spread and mounted upon two devices. I got a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in my blood.

I got anesthesia gas to breath in through a mask. I got lubricating and numbing cream into my vagina. I got some numbing and lubricating cream injected into my anus.

I ended up nude on the examination table. My legs were wide apart and were supported by slings. I remember my mom a male doctor and two female nurses in the room. Most of the exam concentrated on my vaginal area.

EXAMINATION WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT

They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device. They had electrodes at my genitals to record functions in this area.

INTERNAL INSPECTIONS

They took specimens from my urethra with a tube. They used a speculum in my vagina. They took specimens from my vagina with a tube. They inspected my vagina with a scope.

The doctor explored my anus with a finger. They inspected my anus with a speculum. They took specimens from my anus with a tube. They inspected me through my anus with a rigid scope.

They inspected me through my vagina with an ultrasound probe. The doctor explored my vagina with a finger.

I vaguely remember things being inserted into my vagina. I was very sore after the exam and had a hard time sitting for a couple of days.

SYMPTOMS AND OBSERVATIONS

My vagina was very small at that time and I don't think I'd ever inserted anything inside at the time of the exam. So I bled a little afterwards and found it painful to use the bathroom. My anus was also sore so I'm sure they inserted something inside me. The exam confirmed that I had never had sexual contact.

ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM

I just lay some time in a bed to recover. My mom had to check my vaginal area twice a day for a week after the exam. I was placed on a bed and allowed to recover for an hour after the anesthesia. A nurse checked in on me several times. I was taken home afterwards. I attended private boarding school.

COMMENTS

This is a type of exam that children in many parts of the world go through when they are suspected of being abused sexualy or behaving secually.

I am almost sure they also inspected her bladder with a scope, since this is very easy to to in a girl.

The symptoms after the exam worse worse that one should expect with this type of exam done gently.

I guess that thay found out that parts of her vagina, urethra or anus were too narrow and that they corrected this by means of instruments they inserted, or ballons they pumped up.

They surely also teached her mother how to check her during the exam.
