What food supplements do you use?

I only take immunity capsules and pills that help me sleep chaga capsules . I consider other dietary supplements or vitamins to be superfluous because I eat well and I do not take all the useful vitamins and minerals from food. What do you have in mind and what dietary supplements would you like to try? To be honest, I don't see the point in this.
