Eating habits at school

Our bar manager has accused me of smoking pot whilst out on the bus. I have then been summoned by the board to defend myself and been asked to undertake a drug test. As a result, I cannot drive the bus until being accused of taking drugs at work I have passed a drug test. There is no proof of me having done this and I find it to be defamatory to my character. These accusations are preposterous and have caused me a great deal of mental stress and anxiety rendering me unfit for work.
