Even if she were the same height, and at least average in strength and athletic ability, she could easily take him, because her legs would be stronger, she is more agile and flexible, is quicker, smarter, has better endurance and higher pain threshold. My experience is once a girl applies her legs in the equation, it's all over.

Why do you think her legs would be stronger even if she was the same height ? It's all proportional ?

I agree with Satray that female legs are stronger, even when males have the same height. First of all, proportianally women have longer legs. Like lets say a girl and a guy are same height, she will still have longer legs than him in 80% of cases. Thats why guys naturally have a stronger upper body - because theirs is larger, even at same body height. Girls however have the naturally superior lower body to create a nice natural balance between the genders.
