An empty stomach
I don't like being hungry and i don't think it is healthy either. I also take multivitamins regularly and as written on Canada Drugs Direct website it is recommended to take them after or together with the food. That's the reason i always have an apple, biscuit or another light snack in my purse.

I consider that people who regularly eat:
more foods high in energy, fats, free sugars or salt/sodium and do not eat enough fruit, vegetables, and foods with whole grains are more likely to develop chronic diseases (Pocono Community Pharmacy) like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
Vitamin tablets has nothing to do with food...
