I smoked from about the age of 13 till I was 35. Then I quit, cold turkey, and never touched one again; not once.
I did love smoking. I can remember life as a teenager, smoking while fishing, smoking while playing Asteroids. A Marlboro hanging on the end of the foosball table, Toto on the radio. Such a great feeling. I miss it a lot.

Quitting smoking may be tricky, I know it from my personal experience. I have been an avid smoker for about 10 years. I tried to switch to vaping but it's even worse. Then I bought a nicotine gum (for example, look for it at Canada Drugs), read a book (Allen Carr's Easy Way To Stop Smoking) and it worked out. Everything you need is patience and discipline.
