Don't do it. Even if you use a condom or birth control, the risk is still there. Besides, you may think you're in love, and he may say he loves you, but how long will it last?

Sex before marriage is a good idea because it lets you know if you can handle being married and having sex with the person. Several groups have a history of encouraging sex before marriage because at one time it the only way to find out if the couple could produce children. This includes Black sharecroppers and Scandinavian immigrants in the upper Midwest.
