I firmly believe that all girls should wear only thier everyday knickers (which must be white)and a vest (No Bra's) for PE. While boys should definatly wear leotards for indoor PE.
As for forgetting thier PE Kit.
Girls should go nude and boys should be made to wear dirty female knickers from the lost property bin.

We have a different rule. Boys or girls who forget part of their uniform will what they have. IE forget your shorts. then its t-shirt and underware...
As a rule. Girls wear a black leotard with runner shorts (slit up the side) and boy wear a fitted t-shirt and runner shorts with jock strap or commando or leotard with shorts.
At one point the girls and boys were to wear the same thing. leotard with spandex shorts.
