Gunge is quite a broad term because it can virtually mean any messy substance from food's, paste's or just general slime. U see this sort of stuff on tv show's sometimes.

Thanks! I really didn't know. Now i see why it could be funny to gunge someone, especially someone who is a pain in the #@* and deserves it.

Yes it would be fun to gunge someone who is really annoying. Now u know what it is, would u like to get gunged yourself or gunge anyone you know who gets on your nerves?
