Homosexuality: Your Opinion

Unfortunately, the world does not yet understand much about sexual orientation. There is solid scientific evidence that those of us who are gay were born that way, and in my opinion there's no way we can "change", nor should we. There have been some advances for us in recent years. Unfortunately, the one source that keeps persecuting us, lying about us, and perpetuating old prejudices about us is religious fundamentalism. Hopefully, the day will come that hate crimes against us because of our sexual orientation will be punished as severely as hate crimes committed against people because they are black or Hispanic or female. And hopefully one day they won't be able to fire us for being gay.

Actually there have been some studies that have evidence that supports that you are born gay.
