God totally destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah because homosexuality is a sin that he WILL NOT TOLERATE.Read Genesis 18:20-33 and Genesis 19:1-30.

I read the passages you specified, and it never says directly that God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of homosexuality. That is pure speculation on your part. He destroyed them because the people were willing to rape the two angels who came there. That had nothing to do with homosexuality. It was a basic breach in the hospitality code.

God never says that the wickedness is homosexuality. And Lot offered his daughters, not to prevent homosexual acts from occuring, but to prevent the angels from being raped. It is the fact that the angels were raped that led to the destruction. The fact that it was a homosexual rape had absolutely nothing to do with it. Had they been raped by women, the crime against humanity would still have been exactly the same, and the cities would probably have been destroyed the same way.
