No British shows? Are You Being Served? is great. Really about the English language. Benny Hill, and Monty Python were great shows. Seinfeld? Are you kidding?

Nice question but physically impossible. Only a fraction of sitcoms are listed. Also, there are new generations of viewers that will never see the great sitcoms that are no longer aired.
