Are cut guys less shy about showing full frontal?

I would like to know views about guys inhibitions about nudity. At one time all males were required to swim nude at indoor pools. Check out this link:

for me it is so ,that before i was cut ,at 24,i was always insecure about my body appearance.So before, i never went to nude beach.
