Not wearing underwear even at one time is very immoral and should be very uncomfortable. Wearing underwear at every time should be very comfortable. Where I live at in Alabama, not wearing underwear is very immoral and very uncomfortable.

That isn't true. Their underwear sticks out that you can see from afar up to 10 feet.
