Which cup fits a teen the best?

In the quest to get info. Which cup suppoters do you boys like the best?

Regular bike cups or the new XO teen cup which is color coded for the right size.

i tried on the adult bike ones, they fit okay. i'm 13 so i'll probably grow into it.
