Everything is confiscated, prisoners fully restrained at all times, forced to wear hooded sweatshirts and sweatpants! =D

Imagine how uncomfortable they'd be. lol

My jail is all female. Stripped naked on entry, all items confiscated. They wear T-shirt cotton panties and flip-flops, fully restrained at all times. That should keep mine uncomfortable too.
