Obesity

Dysentary such as giardia lamblia will take off a load of fat as in 80 or more pounds in a couple of weeks. After a certain point obesity is ridiculous. To get there one eats lots of stuff which no normal person would do. Instead of pne slice of pizza they will eat a large pizza. Personal cleanliness becomes impossible. The weight stops normal respiration and oxygen must be brought in. Stomach stapling requires diet and exercize afterward so why not skip the stapling and just cut back on eating and get exercize. I was one hundred pounds overweight and had to have an ileostomy for a spontaneous perforation of the bowel. I think they could not figure out my real problem and used the term. I live in Baltimore, home of Johns Hopkins, for Christ's sake. They pulled fifty pounds of fat off my ab and I kepy most of that off. Why not just get lipo and realize you are to food what an alcoholic is to booze. You can not eat what you want. Go to where the water is bad and hope for dysentary.
