Melissa in my opinion is the obvious best female vocalist hands down. She can still belt it and she is in her 40's.

best guitarist, drummer and vocalist
best guitarist is michael angelo batio best drummer is travis barker and best vocalist is mat bellamy had to be said :D

best guitarist TONY IOMMI (black sabbath)
reason:
only has three fingers but can play what people with 5 can't.
Best Bassist: Flea (red hot chili peppers)
Reason: usually guitarists write songs, flea writes the songs, all slap/pop. he is just basically an amazing bassist.
Best Drummer: Mike Portnoy (dream theater)
reason: plays in 19/16 time, now that is a beautiful time signature. he also, on a regular 120 tempo, can play 2048th notes on the snare, faster than anyone else on the planet.
Best Male Vocalist: Ozzy Osbourne
Reason: try finding someone else with a purer voice.
