Chandler, Pheobe, Monica & Rachel are the best characters overall. Ross & Joey suck!

Towards the end the characters could be really annoying - like caricatures of their former selves, especially Ross and Monic imo.

Phobe Rocked!!!!!!! Chandler was funny!!! Monica was Clean!!!! Joey was hungry!!!!! Rachel was gorgeous!! Ross was boring!!!!!
