Inappropriate/unnecessary medical procedures

The most inapropriate that has happened to my was an orthodontics performed when I was 11 years old that olnly did a lot of harm and not any good.
A lot of children in all western countries go through unneccessary orthodontics that only do harm, but that the orthodontist make a lot of money from.
I have had a lot of nude genital and rectal exams also during childhood, but these did not any harm.
