I say the best new artist of 2006 is Panic! At The Disco, & I hope they win the best new artist award at the 2007 grammy awards. Some new artists on this list became famous in 2005. Those artists are Rihanna, Chris Brown, & The $%!@cat Dolls. you made some mistakes.
