Shoes lost or stolen

Hi, is there anybody else out there who had her/his shoes lost or stolen, maybe on a trip or at school? How did you react, what did you do?

If you lost only one shoe - what did you do?

Keep on the other one

If you lost both shoes, what did you do?

I was barefoot, so there was no choice

I took off my socks as well and went barefoot

I kept on my socks

I took off my pantyhose and went barefoot

I kept on my pantyhose

I borrowed a pair of shoes

I put on an extra pair of socks

I bought new shoes immediately

If you had to stay in socks or pantyhose for a while, what did you do with them when you got new shoes

I bought new ones immediately and throw away the old ones

I kept them wearing, they were allright

I kept my socks wearing, although they had some holes

I kept my pantyhose on, although it had holes and runs

I still use these socks/pantyhose - I do not care about some little holes or runs

What was your feeling during your time without shoes?

Horrible - everyone was staring at me

I got cold feet

I got blisters

It was awfully wet that day

It was alright as long as my other footwear was OK
