Many high-tech workers are losing their jobs because they are being replaced with H1-B and L1 visas. These are people who are not U.S. citizens that companies import from low-wage countries and earn less money. What do you think of this practice? Check all that apply.

Fine by me, as long as they earn the job based on merit.

It's demeaning to U.S. workers.

Not the best idea, but we need to be concerned about the economies of other countries because it affects the global economy.

We need to help other countries, but such practices have to be rigidly monitored and controlled so they don't affect our own workers.
