Boys vs. Girls: Age and Strength

In my neighborhood there was a muscular athletic girl who was stronger and tougher than all of the boys her age and younger. She always loved to overpower the boys and beat them at wrestling and armwrestling. By age 14 or 15, the boys her age started outgrowing her and she could no longer beat them. She still got a kick out of overpowering the younger guys and showing them that they were no match for her. A year or two later, a younger boy who she had always easily beaten challenged her to an armwrestling match. She was confident that she would power his arm down just like always. She was shocked when he powered her arm down instead. He was almost as surprised as she was. Have any of you had that kind of surprise when a younger boy first beats a strong, athletic older sister or neighborhood girl who had always been stronger and tougher?
GIRLS only: Are you a strong, athletic girl who was beaten at wrestling or armwrestling or another sport by a younger boy who you always used to beat easily? How old were you and how old was the boy?
I was 12 and he was 10 or younger

I was surprised. I wanted to try it again to show I was really stronger than him
