Most people have heard about air quality problems that affect everyone. Many of us live or work in communities near emission sources or have spent long periods of time in bumper-to-bumper traffic. As we enter a new century we are still faced with the question of “what can we do?” and more importantly “what must we do?” to ensure clean air and a healthy environment for future generations.
