Who's right? The league says that 'Cost Certainty' (aka Salary Caps) are the ONLY way the NHL will survive. The Players claim that a market based system where each high revenue team will supplement lower revenue teams creating parity amongst rosters and pay scales - they've also volunteered a 5% roll back on current salaries.
