This survey is completely confidential. I have no way of knowing who replied with what answers, so please answer as truthfully as possible. I have done my best to include any possible answers in this survey with out making it too complicated, but I am sure that I have left out some answers. My apologies for that.

If you are not religious or your religion has no set doctrine, for questions 5-15 please answer for the religion you were raised around. If you were not raised around any religion or the religion you were raised around does not have a set doctrine, please reply according to the decisiveness of your own beliefs. Meaning if you have a clear opinion on the topic, you would answer no conflict, and if you debate over several possible opinions, then rate the level of conflict accordingly.
