Electric starter wouldn't start it/battery flat

Fixed - I just had 2 turn it
Detachable - I had 2 insert it before I could turn it

Given the choice between a crank start & a push (or bump) start
I'd always crank
I'd make a serious attempt at cranking & bump start it if it didn't go
I'd try cranking then bump it if I were on a hill or had help
