Online Piracy

Internet access and Broadband have greatly increased the amount of piracy, not just in Music but in other areas. How do you feel about it?
Do you currently download copyrighted content (music, movies, games) online?
Yes, at legal sites
Yes, through P2P/Other
Yes, through both
I used to, but stopped because of industry tactics
No, I don't have any interest in it
If you download through P2P or other, how do you feel about pirating these types of content? Music:

No
Only if there is no legal way
Movies:

Old or "Out of Print" content (The kind only used sellers are making money from, but could be re-released later as a boxset, special edition or something)
Yes
No
Only if there is no legal way
Only until it is re-released (if it ever is)
Do you agree with E-Publisher Tim O'Reilly when he says that "The main danger for most authors is not piracy but obscurity" ? (Not just E-Books, but all content)
Yes
No
Holds true for new/independent creators, but not well-established ones
Many broadband providers in the United States have been limiting upload bandwidth since the beginning. In many other countries (such as Japan, Germany and South Korea), download and upload are much more equally matched. Do you think that this is unfair?
Of course, big telecom/cable is just greedy.
They're doing it because of pressure from the RIAA/MPAA/ESA, etc.
No, Those other countries are much smaller than the US so their ISPs costs are lower.
What do you think the solution is?
More lawsuits and Copy protection
A Fair, legal paid download system with equal creator and user rights (No unfair copy protection/file formats or prices)
None, piracy will always exist at current levels, there will always be a way around any roadblocks thrown in the way
What's the worst problem with current legal download services? (Check all that apply)
Unfair restrictions (filetypes, only x number of devices, no copying to disc, etc.)
Prices are too high
Selection is too limited
